DAKWAH DAN DIGITAL CULTURE Membangun Komunikasi Dakwah di Era Digital

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk memahami: (1) Kebutuhan praktik dakwah di era digital; (2) Perubahan yang diperlukan terkait strategi dan metode untuk efektivitas dakwah di era digital; dan (3) Penentuan media yang tepat untuk dakwah di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif-analitik yang berfokus pada kajian berbagai literatur dan fenomena dakwah kontemporer. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, dan triangulasi untuk pengecekan dan pendalaman kajian. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Dakwah Islam merupakan kegiatan penting yang harus terus dijalankan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi dan pengajaran agama masyarakat digital yang rentan mengalami kekeringan spiritual, dekandensi nilai dan moral, ataupun perubahan perilaku dan budaya hidup yang menjauh dari ajaran Islam; (2) Praktik dakwah harus menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan-perubahan yang ada serta kecenderungan baru masyarakat yang muncul di era digital tersebut, terutama dengan melakukan perubahan strategi dan metode dakwah yang lebih efektif; dan (3) Penggunaan media-media teknologi untuk kepentingan dakwah harus mempertimbangkan karakteristik dan keterbatasan media, jenis pengguna, serta kepentingan apa yang ingin dicapai dari penggunaan media tersebut. Hasil studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran tentang adaptasi yang diperlukan untuk praktik dakwah di era digital.
