KEGIATAN PERSONAL SELLING DALAM MEMASARKAN INDIHOME

Abstract

In fact human beings will not be detached from communications, because it is necessary interaction between someone with others. Likewise with personal selling, personal selling communication is doing face to face with the customers, a good communications will facilitate personal selling in presenting a product to the customers. The purpose of this research is to determining how the salesman using the personal selling to sell the product in Plasa Telkom Group Ujungberung, how about the process that the salesman used to selling indihome’s product. The method that used in the study of qualitative with study descriptive aimed at gaining a deep understanding of how the company carries out personal selling. The results of this study indicate that forms of personal selling used by Plasa Telkom Group Ujungberung in conducting marketing activities are fild selling because the salesman is going to the customer’s home directly, open table, and open table car. The personal selling communication process carried out by Plasa Telkom Group Ujungberung because there is very important to marketing the product and doing promotion to increase the customer’s attention.
