Abstract

According to the hospital, according to the WHO (World Health Organization), is an integral part of an organization of social and health services provides functionality with the plenary (comprehensive), the healing of diseases (curative) and disease prevention (preventative ) to the community. The hospital is also a training center for health workers and medical research center, but at least the hospital running business activities. Santosa Bandung, Central Hospital is a hospital in the city of Bandung by international standards. Santosa Bandung hospital which has the motto of this friendly and caring has gained Full complete level certificate from the Ministry of health of Indonesia and now we have the international accredited by JCI (Joint Commission International). Santosa Bandung Central Hospital has a fully equipped medical equipment. Santosa Bandung, Central Hospital which is one of the best hospitals in Bandung to improve its performance in service to patients, have a last, planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling.
