INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC RELATIONS MELALUI GASTRO DIPLOMACY PROGRAM “INDONESIA SPICE UP THE WORLD”
Abstract
Diplomacy through food known as gastrodiplomacy. Indonesia as a multicultural country, has many food from each region. Through The Indonesian Spice Up The World Program which was launched by the govermant in June 2020. It aims to introduced Indonesian culinary delights to the foreign public in order to increase economic value in fields of tourism, trade and investment through the gastronomic industry. This program is a soft public diplomacy from Indonesian Government to foreign publics. The government as the implementing actor of the program can also be said as the international public relations of a country that have responsible for the success of the program.
