This study aims to know, analyze and find what people do in the fight for democracy time, and the right to associate, gathered and issued as citizens based on Law No. 2 of 2017 on social organization in the perspective of political education. Efforts made by community organizations in fighting for democratic life and the right of association, gathered and issued an opinion by applying formal and material test in the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia on the Act of Social Organization No. 2 of 2017. Obstacles and obstacles that died are tangible funds or fees which is large enough to use. Form of research design in this study using a qualitative approach. The method used in this study is a case study that is part of qualitative research.References
